The area I live in and around is growing like gangbusters. What used to be nice pasture or forests are now strip malls with vacant storefronts or middle class homes with 0 lot lines stacked together.
I grew up around here and am used to the country setting but alas its gone.
Is this a bad thing as I feel it is or is it actually good as it provides a lot of jobs (maybe just temporary?) and places to live for folks. I guess I shouldn’t be so egotisitcal as to think others do not have as much a right to buy a home and live here as I do?
