yes that would be fine
i would use a modified thinset and lightly dampen the concrete with a wet sponge before tiling
mabey let it set up for two days before grouting if it is cool out there

Use Modified definitely, and read the label, then maintain the required temperature while it is curing. Probably 50°F
Once cured, no more to worry about
