Today I looked at some 3″ x 13″ x 23′ reclaimed Doug fir (?) lumber (actual, not nominal measurements). The stuff was pretty sound and had been cleaned of metal but had a fair number of nail holes in it. Is anyone willing to hazard a guess on what a fair price per piece would be? Also, anyone have any general price guidelines for good quality reclaimed lumber in comparison to new? Thanks.
