Hi, new to this forum. Sorry if my question is common knowledge.
I am installing drywall in my unattached garage. There is Ty-Vek wrap on the outside under the siding. I may heat it occasionally in the winter when I work out there. I have insulated doors and a window.
I will get fiberglass insulation with craft paper for the ceiling. I already have fiberglass insulation for the walls, but it does not have craft paper on it.
Should I put poly sheeting on the walls as a vapor barrier?
Thanks

No. If you put poly on the walls you will trap any moisture that gets through from the outside in the wall cavity.
If you are thinking of drywalling the walls, I would install a vapor barrier. If you are getting water in the wall cavities from the outside, you've got issues unrelated to vapor barriers. And not having a vb won't fix 'em.
You may well want to heat/cool this building some day. The word "Shop" comes to mind. ;-) If you do this, you'll want a vb. If you don't, a vb can't hurt, and poly is cheap.
