I'm thinking Simpson DuraVent type B gas vent, which is just the ordinary double-wall gas vent that's used for water heaters, etc.
It's rated for 1" clearance to combusitbles, and is approved to pass thru a wall.
However, my guess is that the maker of the refrigerator lists a recommended vent system, which would be best.
I'm guessing you've got some clearance requirement you'll need to observe between the exhaust port and the soffit overhead.
