Trying to put up this wallpaper border for the baby room. Only problem is that it’s vinyl not paper. I was told it need some specail glue – got it but it still won’t stick.
If any of you have any ideas on a better glue, please let me know.
The wall has an organe peel texture with paint.
Used a “regular” wallpaper” border in the bath with texutre and paint and it worked fine. The wallpaper had the glue on the back of the border and it just needed to be moisten.
Thanks for any help or just plain reading this silly post.

I've used some glop that comes in a can, IIRC, and it was called "Vinyl Wallpaper Border Adhesive" or something like that. Mine worked fine. Maybe call a place that sells wallpaper and ask them?
Thanks. I got some stuff called "paste for Pre-Pasted Borders over Paint" by Romans that's like a thick soup that has no sticking power whatsoever!Since I got the borders over the net (wife wanted a theme for the baby room) I'll have to look around.
You could go to Lowes or Home Depot and get it, I think. You can also get "Vinyl Base/Cove Adhesive" from them--but then you will really have that border stuck forever!
