Water based polyurethane recommendations

I need to finish the interiors of several wood windows and want to use a water based polyurethane. It’s very cold here so really don’t want to leave the windows open for ventilation after using a high VOC product. Does anyone have any recommendations on particular products they’ve used? Thanks.

If you are spraying I like the enduro coat. I havent tried it using a brush. Another one is the Flecto varathane. its pretty good . But If your in a area where it cold be sure to stick the can of finish inna hot pan of water to warm it up or it wont flow right.
