Bleach, sodium chloride or sodium hypochlorite, is a powerful oxidant but it dissapates readily. In the environment of your septic tank and septic field, a small amount of bleach used in cleaning or washing clother or sanitizing your home beer brewing equipment, etc. will have a great effect on your septic system, unless it is undersized or overutilized or both. Unless you plan on using gallons of undiluted bleach on a weekly basis, no worries.
