Water Flow–Help

We are building a home in CO and using cisterns for water supply. They have to be placed 1500 ft away from home with a 100 ft drop to home. The water line will be 2″ PVC. What would be my flow rate or how do I calc. it? Thanks for help!!! Wm C Boyer
