Hi Barry,
Not likely going to find such a creature.
Normally, we install a trench drain in front of the door and slope the floor towards it and the same with the driveway.
The tighter the door the harder it is to open.

*dear barry... it's a house , not a boat..the trenches gabe described are available at good concrete supply stores.. you can get a poly version that gets cast into the concrete pad and has a cast iron grate for a top.. they are about 8 inches wide and come in multiples of three or four feet.. there is and inlet and outlet at each end to pipe them to a sump or daylight..go get em tiger..
