I have a second story deck with a porch below. The original owner nailed treated plywood over the 2x decking which has worked for a while, but now the plywood is starting to de-laminate and I would like to fix it properly, and yet maintain the dry area below.
I have seen a product called SkidGuard plywood made by Simpson that is plywood sandwiched between fiberglass and is specifically used for porch decks, docks, and walkways. Anyone use this product?
I have also seen a product called Grailcoat that is a cement like mixture that can be troweled onto the existing substrate and is suppose to be elastic and guaranteed waterproof for ten years.
Or is there a better solution available?

We use Grailcoat all the time...We find it to be the best for every application. I believe we have some digital pic's that can be e-mailed, just ask. Ian
