Website errors, videos won’t play, can’t find my account

I was hoping to contact customer support about this, but the Taunton system can’t find my account. I just started a free trial and we’re off to a bad start!
Videos will not play no matter if I’m using my iPad or desktop, in chrome or safari. On my iPad I’m also getting page errors when I try to load the deck guide page.
Anyone from FHB on here who can help? Anyone else having these issues?
Sorry to post in the forum about this, but not much choice since customer support is a no go…
