Thanks for all the info on the bathroom venting. Now a newproblem. We have a well water system and don’t know about how to manage it, anyone willing to help with the why’s and wherefores of this type of system, Any good resources?.

Source control, ventilation, and filtration are the keys to healthy indoor air quality. Dehumidification is important too.

Start with not sticking stuff down the well.
Know it sounds elementary but I've heard stories...
Most well systems today are fairly much maintenance free, especially for the novice. I don't plan on touching mine until it stops giving water.
