Howdy, what do you call this treatment around the corner windows? Is this just painted MDO, or some sort of aluminum cladding supplied by window company or just a guy with a sheetmetal bender? (like a soffit guy)

From the looks of the copper work on the front porch overhang, it was probably done by someone with a little higher skill set than your average "soffit" guy. Not disparaging soffit guys, but they tend to have tools and skills germaine to their particular trade.

Looks more like a commercial window outfit install.
Like Framer said, integrated commercial window system, probably a curtain wall.

Either way, you should consider posting the picture in the Architectural Feature of the Day thread in the Photo folder. Nice looking residence.

"or some sort of aluminum cladding supplied by window company"
Supplied and installed by the window/glass company, most likely. Their typical method of operation is to go out and carefully measure the openings, then cut materials to fit in the shop, according to the drawings and specs.
Returning to the site with all the pieces, they assemble and install them, one piece at at time. The fit isn't critical because the materials are engineered to cover discrepancies.
As the others have said it's a pretty typical commercial window system. Sometimes the "clad" areas are even done in tinted or smoked glass, even though there is insulation behind. Oh, and it's very pricey!
Probably some type of cladding that matchs the infill panels under the windows.
This company's products are fairly common on the west coast.
