What have you drywalled up today?

So this recent Friday I have some kind of bug and decided to stay home from work that day. Started getting restless and decided to finish drywalling the stair landing. Get the drywall up, mudded-taped and then…I can’t find my staple gun…Hmmmm where was the last place I can remember seeing it? Oh yea it was sitting on the framing behind the drywall I just put up…..well it wasn’t a very nice staple gun anyways. Worst thing about it is that SWMBO was the one who figured out what happened. So I guess the moral of the story is don’t drywall when sick and hopped up on cold pills.

Over the years I've left a bunch of tools behind the rock- utility knives, pry bars, screwdrivers, and others I'd rather not think about too much. And it's usually been without the help of meds, just stupidity on my own part.
I look at it as leaving a little time capsule to be opened sometime in the future.<g>
Yeah, I'm trying to break myself of the habit of using blocking as little shelves.....
