I should know but looking for more input. Next week will be installing roof trusses and sheathing the roof. Also will be bringing in dirt and backfilling. A couple of tub/showers will be placed in the bathrooms too. Will put housewrap around house and waiting for the windows to arrive (2 weeks+) . Thinking I need to get the HVAC guys over next, then start on plumbing? Any suggestions at this point I might have overlooked? Thanks Roger

Did you parge/waterproof your foundation walls and set your french drain lines in place already?
You mentioned trusses, then HVAC - You're not thinking of getting HVAC in before the roof is blacked in, are you?
It's as bad as you think, and they are out to get you.
Oh no but was looking ahead after house is in the dry. Also foundation is waterproofed, however because of 23 plus steps in the footings I used J-drain which has many different types of fittings to follow the steps and filled in around it with course sand. No I am beginning to wonder just how well that J-drain works. After several hard rains not hardly a drop of water was coming out the end, and that was before backfilling. However basement stayed dry.

Better get that squared away before backfilling. Without seeing the site, it's tough to say what you should have seen, but get some water there and test the things now. They might be able to swallow a lot of water behind an obstruction. This is ou last inexpensive chance to get them right!
