Does anyone know where we can get the torch sconces shown on pg 69 of Inspired House Vol 3 March/April 2004?

I'm the editorial assistant at Inspired House. I believe I may have just emailed you a response (if you're the same person who wrote to [email protected]), but in any case, here's what I found out about the sconces:
According to Joanne Weir, the torch sconces and hanging lamp in her living room were designed and made by Ahnalisa Moore, a glass blower who studied in Venice. I couldn't turn up much on her by doing a web search, but it does turn out that she works with Basic Source, a lighting company in California that seems to carry some styles similar to what you see in the magazine (www.basicsourcelighting.com).
