SVll. Because of the wind deflectors on the sides. Creates a draw when the wind blows,not just relying on thermal movement of air.
For us it is the standard that the other ridge vents are measured against. It has been essentially the same while the others tend to end up making their products similar.

I've never used CV3 (I like the regular Cobra Vent), but I've had problems with snow infiltration with SVII. I see you're in Texas, so that's probably not an issue.
