Of the following vents, which can be combined, and ar there any considerations to vertical as opposed to horizontal protrusion from the structure:
Electric Dryer
2 Gas Water Heaters
Cooktop Vent Hood

edit: none of the three you list. I don't know if you can combine the 2 water heaters into an approved - sized single vent.
