I enjoy cooking, though I'm somewhat limited outside grilling and certain dishes. I had some success with a beef stew I made in a crockpot the wife got recently. Looking to maybe try some more things with it - such an easy way to make a decent amount of good food.
I love to grill and often go to amazing ribs.com for new recipes. We love the ribs that America’s Test Kitchen does in the crockpot and followed up by the oven. It’s just a dry rub, no liquid and quite easy for busy people. If I had to chose just one recipe it’s the tacos we make - hamburger with garlic powder, salt and pepper, (absolutely no taco seasoning) fry corn tortillas or heat flour tortillas, add your fillings - lettuce, cheese, tomato (BH can’t do onions), then top it off with some homemade pico de gallo or salsa. Have some refined beans on the side coupled with some fresh fried tortilla chips…
