Why am I seeing popup ads when I have subscribed and paid?

I see endless popups for PDF viewers etc. after I login.  These should NOT appear if I paid for ALL ACCESS.  Please advise!

    Anything goes today in the digital world when it comes to dreaming up a revenue stream (or 2 or more).
