I’m up working on house plans that I have to take to the permit office in the morning. But while I’m waiting for the plans to print out I pop over here to do some reading.
Anyway, It just got me thinking that most of the members here should have to work during the day. Yet there are 50 or so people who have logged on since midnight and ten since three a.m.
So, the question is…
Why are YOU up?

Fell asleep in the recliner ten minutes into prime time and only sleep about 6 hrs in a stretch.
Best to you and yours, Chris.
Some say I know too much? Can you ever?
Too much Chicken Curry.
I work afternoon shift (non-construction job) and don't get home until just before 1 AM at the earliest. I can't fall asleep if I jump into bed right away so I poke around different forums for a while before I finally call it a night. Disadvantage is that I don't do anything early in the day. But If there is a party I'm not going to be the one that drops first.;-)
regular hours...
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming
WOW!!! What a Ride!
Forget the primal scream, just ROAR!!!
10-3=5 hours... outta be ehough for anyone

because when my lady can't sleep, she doesn't quietly adjust, she thrashes around. my theory is, i'm up, you're up. misery loves company
I was up at 3AM, but managed to resist checking into BT.
(-:
I was checking the weather radar, to see where our predicted snow is. Unfortunately it didn't materialize yet, so here I am at work.
Boss......Just turned loose of the snow shovel......It did materislize......closing state highways in menard county .....leave early get bread and milk videos and be careful. :)
Remember - everyone is not in the same time zone as you. I believe that all times displayed on the BT forum are in your local time. They would have to be otherwise if I (on the east coast US) post a question and then someone on the west coast answers it fairly soon there after, it would appear that the question was answered before it was asked. The wonders of computers :-)
I believe the posts are all recorded in GMT:, and the section in your profile, where you pick a timezone makes the timestamps applicable to your local timezone.I am posting this at 7:55 am what does it say on your screen?
When I look at your post it says 8:57 AM, so I'm guessing you are in the Central timezone.
Yup.BSI. (Beautiful Southern Illinois)
I considered the time zones and I know that most of the people who frequent here are in eastern standard.
It was only 2am here in Louisiana when I started this post, but I was settling in for a long night.
A few Aussies and Kiwis and Brits are here too, plus
Have logged on a number of times from HI and Europe, 5 hrs difference either way to East Coast. 10 PM in HI, Breakfast in London, etc.
Why are YOU up?
Last few days, it's because either the flexerl or the naproxen wore off, and the sholder/neck muscle spasm pains me awake. It's getting much better than it had been.
Read post 1 for the reason I was up.
Gotta pee, have a snack and let the cat out.
Ask me why I am up at 4am.
Let the cat in........it's cold!
