I installed a 24x31x1″ louver door today, fully inset into a 3/4″ face frame using a pair of mortised butt hinges.Everything lines up nice and flush with the face frame except the upper corner opposite the hinge. It is recessed back by 5/16ths”-3/8ths”Is the door that warped(it does not seem that bad)or is there something in the frame that I am not checking correctly. Please help as this is driving me nuts! Thanks,Dan

Your wall may be out of plane. Or your door is warped. Get out the level and some string and apply some ingenuity and you'll have it figured out in no time.
