Wind gusts from dble hung window stopped

Just wanted to drop by and say thanks.  I looked over said window and found that the side parting strip (found a Time Life series of books also…which helped) was missing on the left side.  DUUUHHHH!  No wonder there was a breeze.

 

Now all I have to do is finish the rest of the windows in the house.  Thanks again for all your help…and believe me, I WILL be back.
