I completed a new house this spring and now the fall callback questions are starting. The house is two story with attached garage, living down, bedrooms up. Mom, Dad and two teenage girls. Mom called and told me about condensation forming on the bottom 1″ of the windows (vinyl, insulated) which are behind curtains. I advised her to be sure to leave the bath fan on 20 minutes after showers and to be sure to turn the the HRV on high abd to raise the curtains off the window sill about an inch. Any other ideas?
