winterizing a vacation home

I am interested in buying a home in upstate NY that is not winterized and I am wondering what costs are involved in winterizing the structure. It is 750 square feet, has LOTS of windows, and is built on concrete pilings. The house is very close to a 2 acre pond. Any thoughts??
