I’m installing three new outlets for welder and wood working equipment. I read that when you do new work you need to install the two hot leads, ground and neutral wire. But in reading elsewhere it said you only need neutral wire if it will be a 120/240v outlet. Do you need to wire neutral for 240v only outlet
