Wood divided light windows, small panes
I’m restoring a 1903 Victorian, and need four small true divided light windows, five over five, in wood, with each pane about 5″x6″ (total wondow about 30″x19″). Major suppliers, TMCobb, Marvin, Anderson refuse to build them. 1) Any references on how to build them myself 2) any commercial builders who will make them for me?

We'd be happy to make someting like that for you, it's something we do all the time. The only problem might be that we're located in Vancouver, B.C.
Whereabouts are you?

Where are you located? This is the kind of thing that's best done by a small local shop or individual who will come to your site, measure, and take full responsibility for getting the job right. Perhaps somebody here will recommend somebody.
The other consideration is, do you really want to own a table saw, a shaper or router table, and all the rest, and do more than just these four windows? For just this one job, it would be like buying an airline just to take one vacation. If you go for it, maybe you become the small local shop or individual.... The learning curve is long, but it can become a side business.
