Cats don't seem to use their claws when walking
I don't think.
Or, if you want a laugh and a half-get your cat to run on a laminate floor.
and animal for that matter.
But really, cats to my knowledge retract their claws and have to work to extend them. Not so with dogs, those claws are out there at all times.
