I’m installing a pressure treated wood railing on a concrete porch and was wondering what the best way to attach the notched 4×4 to the concrete slab. They would set on the edge and I would drill into the side but am not sure of what size bolts or if there are anchors of some sort that would help create a nice sturdy railing. The iron ones wobble too much

Brian,
If they set on the edge there are several premaid anchors available. I would have to see your set up to tell you which one to use. A good lumberyard or hardware store may be able to help. A home center may help if you can find someone who knows what they are talking about (good luck)!
Set the anchors in with epoxy.
