Hilti or Ramset gun is the fastest. You can rent one almost anywhere. A box of 100 pins (2.5 or 3") is less than $10, likewise a box of red loads to shoot them in. Wear ear plugs, glove and eye protection. If the plates are PT (and they probably should be), make sure the pins are ACQ approved.
some people use hilti, ramset, I like tapcon, and I have seen people use two 16p in a drilled hole. and my buddy use anchor bolts, some epoxy and some poured with slab. those sweg red head anchors work good too

Depends.
Near door openings I use powder actuated pins or "redheads.
Simple partitions for the bulk of the wall I drill a 1/4 hole and drive 3-12 or 16 sinkers into it. Drive all 3 at once.
Construction adhesive under the plate.
I almost never use mechanical fasteners. I glue the PT plate in place with PL Premium. It is better once it kicks and I don't worry about putting holes in the PEX

3" Rawl spikes and a PL like Piffin said.
I only use as many spikes as needed to keep the plate on the line.

What? You're supposed to fasten the plate???
make a note of that and give me a copy if you would please...

dados in the slab then tap in the sills with a 4lb sledge. ;)"I wanna be a race car passenger. You know, the guy that bugs the driver. Say, man, can I stick my feet out the window? Do we have to keep going in circles? Mind if I turn on the radio? Boy, you really like Tide."
Buy those pins that have been suggested and just drive them in with your hammer. It works great. They go into green concrete like butter.
