Back when my Dad was Commander of his American Legion, they were giving away wheels just like that. I bet they were al printed by the same national outfit and sold to marketing advertisers for various imprints.
Did you find it in an old house you were imnspecting? I'm thinking it may have been close to forty years old. Back then, there was no paramedics in ambulances. His Legion Hall sponsored a volunteer first aid squad that responded to emergency calls. One of the firemen drove the ambulance. Each member of the squad kept a fiurst aid packet in the trunk of their cars that was similar to what I keep in the work trucks now - size of a small briefcase.

Yeah, it was in a 50's ranch - "one owner"
It was a very well maintained house, very little had been changed (besides the furnace and main panel.)
Just happened to catch my eye and my fancy.
Back in the 60's in Orleans MA (on the Cape) there was one town ambulance. The towns would back each other up; when the ambulances were all occupied and they needed to transport someone to the hospital, they local funeral home would pitch in - every now and again you'd see the town ambulance charging from an accident site down the Mid-Cape highway with the hearse charging along right behind!

I remember one brutal accident we responded to in Colorado when I was on the fire dept where we needed both county ambulances and the hearse, each for it's respective use. .

I think that is was still common into the 70's for funeral homes to provide the main source for amulance service in rual areas.
my favorite funeral home: Brown and Stiff Funeral Home in Appomattox, VA.
These are the guys I want to plant me.
The Stiffs must be into funeral homes big time! I remember one named "Stiff and Lively Undertakers", or was it "Lively and Stiff".
