The International Builders’ Show opens in Las Vegas on Feb. 4 for a three-day schedule that will feature everything from roofing shingles and cabinets to kitchen fans and design software.
As many as 75,000 visitors and hundreds of companies are expected, according to the National Association of Home Builders, which sponsors the annual show. Manufacturers often use the show to launch new products, so attendees will get a chance to see some of the latest tools, building materials, and services.
For the first time, IBS will run at the same time as the National Kitchen and Bath Association’s annual Kitchen and Bath Industry Show. Although shows remain separate, they both take place at the Las Vegas Convention Center, creating Design and Construction Week.
In addition to the enormous exhibition halls, where suppliers showcase products, there also are a variety of seminars and lectures, and even some full-day programs. IBS publishes a full listing of events here.
Members of NHBA and the NKBA can register online or at the show (it costs less in advance).
