Leicester House
A broad range of standard Marvin window and door options were all carefully coordinated with the very professional Marvin team. The solution of a window wall along the south and west façades of the upper level brings the outdoors in. This custom configuration of standard Marvin products is integral to the vision of the house, as well as the economics of its construction. Punched windows in the lower level, also by Marvin, contrast nicely with the expression of the main living area. A continuous transom of glass at the entry façade allows morning light to dapple across the interior ceiling. The fenestration was integral to the very premise of the house, unifying the interiors with the site’s mountain views.
