I have a roll of what I believe is called flexible conduit. It’s aluminum, spiral wound stuff that’s a hair over 1/2″ OD and a hair under 3/8″ ID. How many (if any) #12 conductors can I push/pull thru this stuff. I need some short runs of wiring exposed inside a shed for a light switch, and light, and a plug.
IIRC I inherited this stuff from an electrician who left it on a job after wiring a boiler. He used it to sleeve some lo-vo control wires. So, I’m not even sure it’s for line voltage, although I’ve seen plenty of the same stuff in basements and attics.

If you keep them from twisting , .......three
but you cannot use the fittings that thread into the flex!!!
also if you push the wire thru with the spiral pointing away from you, that will be easier as well
