I was planning to frame floor joists, walls, and ceiling joists 24″ o.c. But in order to accommodate my specs for radiant floor heating, I will have to frame my floor joists at 16″ on center. Does this mean I also have to frame the walls, ceiling joist, and rafters 16″ on center? Or can I get away w/ 24″ o.c. for the walls? I’ll be using 2×6 studs, so, under normal conditions, 24″ o.c. should be sufficient.

If you go with 24" on your walls I would recommend using 5/8's sheetrock .1/2" rock will be kinda spongy with 2' centers. IMHO.
I'm don't understand why you have to have 16" o.c. floor joist for in floor heat . I would check into that some more. Is that something the plumbers told you? Or is it for the load on your floor? Is the in floor heat run underneath the floor sheathing or is it on top with a poured Gypcrete?
Anyhoo, to answer your question. Yes, you can run everything else on 2' centers. It depends on live loads, dead loads and spans of your ceilings and floors. If you are not sure then get somebody who knows to take a look at it.

*In general, you are ok. As I recall, for 24" wall spacing the ceiling joists, and roof rafters need to be within 5" of the supporting wall studs. If the 24"OC walls are resting on 16"OC I-Joist floors you might have some details to take care of.
*Though 2'oc allowed, my experience is $$ saved in 2x6's is really minor in relation to total project, and gets eaten up by added $ thicker sheetrock, wider insul.batts etc..Plus piece of mind no calls re. sagging, bouncy flrs/walls.
*since when does wider insulation cost more ?
*Saggy bouncy walls? Wow. That's a new one. 2x6 @ 24" oc spacing is just hunky dory. Anything over an 8' tall wall I'd switch to 16" oc. Not sure why one would use 5/8 drywall because they went 2' centers. Is that what's meant by saggy bouncy walls? Last I checked gravity pulled down, not sideways.
*If running studs 24"oc and joists at a different spacing, my only recommendation is to double up the top plate since the joists won't bear directly over a stud. With exterior studs 24"oc, I do use 5/8th sheetrock. I also use it on ceilings, since I frame with TJIs. It gives increased sag resistance and better burn-through protection.
*Mike, what's your concern about a 9' or 10' wall at 24" on center ?
