Need 60 1X6 dog ear PVC pickets or a site where I can get a per foot price on these, or solid PVC 1X6 that I can cut to length and dog ear myself. All I can find is the panels or the 2X6 rails. The pickets need to be 42″ long, so I guess I’ll have to eat the drops, unless I can find the solid stuff to cut.
I’ve put up the 2X stuff, and know about the expansion on that, but do you have to slot the holes for short runs like this.
Thanks

Thanks. I called $#*&^#'n Lowes and they said they didn't carry anything like this.
Guess I'm gonna have to go down there and do a face-to-boot...
Tom, have you seen this FenceScape? Not PVC, but a composite.

dam, does Royal make a solid PVC trimboard such as Azek? The last Royal "wood" I used had a pvc cover over ? A cut edge had to be hidden.
Tan interior, that was more porous. Since he's cutting a dogear on the end, might not be exactly what he's after. Perhaps there's a way to deal with that cut edge that seals it up and makes it disappear.A Great Place for Information, Comraderie, and a Sucker Punch.

The Never Rot PVC is a solid core. They make some interior grade stuff that is a foam core. I like the outside trim boards, no exp with the interior stuff.HD also carries some of it too. I bought some window nose there, needed more later, but they didn't carry it anymore. That's very aggravating. For now, it's at Lowes.I assume someone else sells it besides the big boxes.
Azek 1x6x18' make your own.
Never used Azek. Is it 5/8" or 3/4"? What's a ballpark per foot price?
True 3/4 - Price ?? I don't recall, but with oil down, should be reasonable. If the pickets are gonna be white, no one will ever have to paint. Dirty, just pwr. wash. Attach with SS l5 or l6 gauge finish nails, dab of adhesive at the rails.
