For a 16 ft side, 24 ft long shed?
4×8 roof plywood supported only at the ends of the span, so 3 spans x 8 ft = 24 ft, one end on a wall, other end is the 3rd truss over a garage door ?
Is all scrap wood OK to use?
Can the foundation just be some old railroad ties?
Noticed it is the 10th year anniversary of this shed, still standing, no sags, thing only need last another 20 years or until i dead?
Oh, btw, is 1-1/4″ DF plywood <G>

Pretty sure your jokeing around!?
I have enough trusses for an 18x20 garage here in seattle. Want 'em? Snow load is your only worry - if your able/ willing to get up there and clear if off you don't need much. My own shop has simple 2x4 rafter ties every other (so 32" OC) and another big area with nothing. spans 18' and neighbor told me it would fall down soon. 10 years later NP. U can create some pretty good cheap trusses with mending nail plates from HD. of coarse they say "not for trusses". Make sure no ones spending the night w/ your knowledge on a 20" snow dump or you'll be sued out of existance.
But you cheated and used purlins.
That wouldn't work herea at all. I guess it works in the PNW, but it cant be far from failing. Subsrandard building sometimes surprizes me.
NOW, you tell me...
Where were you when I apparently over-built my shed?
But it survived getting smacked by a 70' oak, except for some roofing panels. Copper now, but I had to add more rafters. And put a shim above one of the short posts that was driven down 1/2" and stayed there. Might have taken a little longer (notice the leaf change), but my material cost wasn't much more than yours (before the copper). 27' oak rafters are interesting to set solo, not bad to mill.
Insurance settlement is paying for another nice trip this year.
