Has anyone had experience with AAC (autoclaved aerated concrete blocks)? I have a client who has a condo that was built with them and is getting about 5 gal. of water from her dehumidifier each day. The A/C cycles on most of the time and appears to be sized correctly. The blocks have stucco on them and I suspect the perm rating of the wall is not good enough. Plus what is the flashing detail for this kind of constrution at windows, etc. The condo is located in Florida.
