I have used Timberline Estimating for the past three years at my old job, I loved it. although very pricey and probably more than we needed for custom res and light commercial. I have just taken a new position with another company and we are looking at puchasing Intuit Master Builder. It's worth checking out at intuit.com. They have some pretty advanced online sales demos thry can set up for you. We are making our decision by the end of the year
