Southern Cal stucco house with eaves. Copper water pipes, galvanized waste line visible under bathroom lav suggests CI waste lines.
HO wants to connect a portable barbecue condiments stand with sink that connects to a hose and drains via flex hose similar to a dishwasher. She asked me to install a new hose bib on the outside wall opposite a bathroom lav and tap into the drain line as well.
The most expensive way of course, is to cut a hole in the wall, break into the old CI waste line and install a wye to the outside and a trap for a standpipe drain; cut into the copper and install a hose bib and then patch the stucco.
Would it be wrong instead to bore a hole just large enough for a 1 1/2″ ABS waste line clear through the wall and tap into the waste under the lav, either with a second trap or a tee above the lav trap?
Another option might be tapping into a clean-out that is flush with the concrete about 8″ outside the house wall.
Similarly, I think I could drill a smaller hole for copper pipe right next to a stud, secure a brass el with screws to the stud outside and install a hose bib to it, connecting just before the angle stop inside.
In both cases I would caulk with PL where the pipe passes through the felt and at the stucco surface.
Thanks,

Second trap on a single trap arm is not legal.
You can run two basins into a single trap (typical double compartment sink configuration) Make sure the trap is 1.5" & not 1.25".

Legal, but venting becomes an issue.

Legal if it is sized for it------ most cases no problem, but if that 1/2" line is maxed out fixture unit wise then it's not. It will work, but wouldn't pass inspection.
