Hey there;
Adrian here, the Cape Breton one, saying hello to old hands, seems like a few are still around. Spent a lot of time here once, hosted the second Fest, kind of drifted away when I got involved in developing the college woodworking program I was teaching. That was cancelled last year after some good years of training new woodworkers; I’m still with the college, teaching something else, and taking my company off the back burner. Also involved as head of a Habitat Build committee, dong a reno on a 112 year old ‘company house’ , which has been a long roadto say the least. I checked out the BT classic site, and Quittin Time; one was very quiet, the other a ghost town, can’t remember which. Anyway, I’ve checked in from time to time but haven’t posted much; hope to be here a bit more in future.
Regards,
Adrian

Good luck being heard over the roar of the cheap kitchen spam.

Long time.
Be good to have you and your expertise around again. Hope you can find the time.
And as b/4-thanks for our cool blast from the northeast. After weeks of sweltering heat-these 70's are sweet.
I see Ron Budgell is taking on a teaching position and making a move. You in contact with him at all?
Connected once with him in Hlaifax, we missed each other another time; didn't know about teaching, do you know where? Did he post something here about that?

There's a Fest this August in Connecticutt-Newtown, at Taunton Headquarters-interested?
No fest for Adrian this summer
Too hectic. You guys enjoy yourselves.
I understand
And if I never listened to my wife and honored that "vacation" that was on the calendar well in advance.......I'd still not be going anywhere.
In previous years as a couldn't miss a day at work guy, I'd say yeah-let's go "there"..........only to get "too busy" right b/4 the time to leave. We never went anywhere planned for quite a long time.
Boy was I dumb.
Now, heading towards ending this work life-screw it-we're going!
Missed out on alot of fun, all for the job.
Hence the dumb carpenter.
Maybe next time Adrian, I'll wear the Caperfest Shirt in your honor.
Do they have lobster in Connecticutt?
Hey Boss
Good to see you still here; will be around.
