I’ve got a job where I need to do something to prep a floor that is 1/2 concrete slab & 1/2 framed & T&G Fir floor for VCT. I at first thought of ripping out the framing & reframing & plywooding the wood end & VCT the whole thing. The labor involved pretty much sank the job. Can I attach Advantek OSB right to the concrete and the existing floor to cover over the problems in the wood floor without having a problem with the OSB delaminating?

I don't think delam is the problem you need to be concerned with. Rot might be.
Codes call for any wood in contact with crete to be one of the rot resistant types, like PT, redwood, etc.
