Sort of having a problem figuring the best technique for fixing the base of my wall frames (2×4 construction) to a basement floor with these new all in one floating floors. Do I set the floor down first then fix the walls over the floating floor into the concreate, or do I construct the walls first and then put the floor together inside the new walls? Is this clear?

They're 2x2' with plastic dimpled bottom stapled on. The snap together tongue and groove style. I haven't even bought them yet since I'm still considering doing it the old fashioned way with stringers and such. And yes, it's sub-floor, not finished floor.
