I have been changing some hardware in some aluminum doors from deadbolts and deadlatches, requiring me to do some cutting in aluminum. I have not yet mastered the rotozip well enough to make my cuts look smooth without a lot of work. Are there any tools better suited for this?
I have used the multimaster, but the blades wear out too fast for it to be practical, and the occuard locations make it next to impossible to use a router or a jig saw.
Cheers
Mario

trim router, spiral bit and a template....
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming
