I have a porch with Aluminum Rails that are welded together. With the expantion of the wood and the poor job of welding, the welds are starting to break. The person who installed them keeps telling me he will come back and fix them. Thats what he has been telling me for two years. (Fat chance!) Now I have to fix the welds, any suggestions? I started putting steel L’s bolted in but it is not pretty. I need help. Can I weld them without a great expense? Dennis |

I'm not sure if this is in your price range, but I was at Harrington supply and saw some nice alum rail system. Called Regal brand? I think that was the name. Very attractive and no weilding, kinda modular. After 2 years of trying to get it repaired maybe it's nature's way of saying something.
