get it while you can.. it'll be back to 400 in no time...
wait long enough it comes back down
wasn't the round head nailer down to that price for a little while, too? I should have jumped on that if it was.
so it goeszak
"so it goes"
Not that i've seen, I had ordered 2 of the clipped and was going to e-bay them, then looked at ebay and canceled... Ebay had a bunch for around 175
The round head was about $6 more, something like $149. That was only up last weekend, then it went to $455 then back down to $300 and then back up past $455.
I ordered 2 of the an942's last night at amazon, they were $143.01. Right now, they're back up to $301.99. I already have one, but for that price I couldn't pass it up. The one I have was made in japan and it's the best framing nailer I've ever used. I'm wondering if these low priced ones are made in china or malaysia. Anyone have any idea?
My nailers came in today. They are the Japanese models. I just don't understand the price fluctuations. A couple weeks ago, they had em for $259 and I was tempted to buy one then. I'm glad I didn't.

Worse than being a day trader insn't it?
I also saw Dewalt RH reconditioned framing nailers on heavydutytool.net yesterday for $150. I don't know how good they are, but $150 for a name brand framing nailer ain't bad. That Makita deal is a good one though.
EDIT: I just checked... the Dewalt deal is at Toolking.com, not heavydutytool.net.

Any of you live near a SamsClub - they are clearing out a Bostich Round head framing nailer with their 50' Pro-hose and a kit bag for $142.00
The Pro-hose alone sells for about $35 at Lowes. Nice looking bag also.
