Thanks, what I am really hoping for is a single source guide to the design and installation of pex for home plumbing.

looks like you and i have 2 idoit friends. i,i mean my friend always has done copper,but its time he boned up and started learning about pex.
i'm sure it's as simple as copper but all the fittings overwhelm my friend.maybe someone will come along with advice.... larry
