Last week I looked at a second floor flat roof which had been coated with a product called Andek Polaroof NW. The product was installed over a plywood deck on a new home about 4 years ago and it has failed. It is a solvent based coating that goes right on the plywood deck (3 coats) and then a granular product is broadcast into the final coat to provide a wear layer. Has anyone used this product ?

It's an Amazing product.
The failure began with the installer. It's like any product.
It's only as good as who installs it.

Since you're new here, welcome.
Now, could you expand your answer just a bit.
Because of course, an answer is only as good as the one giving it.
Sounds like an elastomeric coating product, most of which are shortcuts to a good roof, but if perfectly applied, can do OK for 5-10 years in a perfect climate.
Who ever heard of perfect controls in the field?

If he used it he's got your answer, as it's been 9 yrs since he asked.
