*Note to self: Stop being kind & sharing useful information to others, they simply don’t care and find more importance in the fields of investigation opposed to the fields of construction.

    So Brian,

Are you in any way associated with this product?

Just find it odd you never went online to search for products.  And then now all of a sudden find the urge to register here to promote the product.

    So what is it?

    Education or shameless ad?

Well, I checked the license number and it does not exist in CA.  As I suspected.

        Mark

Maybe he'll stop back and offer an explanation.

This site hooked into google sure opens it up to this kind of spamming.  At least they have to think, at times a bit creatively.

          Yeah, right...

He forgot his license number or something is wrong with my search..

Makes me want to avoid that product, which is overpriced anyway.

          1. DanH | Sep 12, 2012 07:45pm | #5

But it has a 5-star customer rating!!  Gotta be good stuff, no?

(http://www.gorillaslipgrip.com/ sells stuff made from the blood of cute little puppies.)

    2. BrianCross | Sep 12, 2012 08:16pm | #6

Look I'm not associated with the product I was just being kind. Has the world really turned into these types of people. Would it have been better to say "I found a product but I'm not going to share the name because no one will believe me anyway!" I wont post on this board anymore. If I was going to do shameless ads I would have spoken about my own business. And no I'm not in Cali. but what does that even matter in the first place. *Note to self: Share nothing with others they don't give a sh*t anyway.

        Hey brian

I'm not too sure but what happens if we use this address?

        [email protected]

      2. DanH | Sep 12, 2012 09:58pm | #8

Well, your name fits your personality.

Hey, welcome to the Internet!  Did you know there are hundreds of people working in Nigera who are daily trying to send you money?  How about all those messages in your inbox about "Your Order" - you answer all those too right, because they are all legit?

From where we stand, someone who comes along, doesn't offer any advice or thoughts in any other thread OTHER than the one he was promoting a product in... just after he registered?

Look Brian, you want to play nice with us, we can play nice.  We will not let you off easy when you try to steal bandwidth from Tauton for your product though.

If you want to promote you product here you can, but you have to be upfront about who you are and who you represent.  You also need to answer other threads and add meaningfull info based on your experience.  You get welcomed in the door as long as you helped us hang it.

    Brian

How come you come back and chew me out.

    I asked a simple question.

You'd best get a thicker skin if you plan on going out in public.  This is a forum.  People ask questions, discuss things and get to know each other as much as the internet will allow.

You register, no introduction and place a post that I question a couple things about.  You return, do have balls enough to reply but instead of discussing your background, qualifications and what the hell else you might add for some clarification, you delete your post and lay into us.

    Odd behavior, no?

    1. DanH | Sep 12, 2012 10:22pm | #10

Actually, it's exactly the same behavior we had from another spammer a few months back.  Kinda classical psychopathic behavior.

      1. calvin | Sep 12, 2012 10:33pm | #11

        Oh?

you mean "screw gun holster guy"?

        1. DanH | Sep 13, 2012 08:23am | #12

I don't remember -- I was thinking it was some (purported) lady.  But it's classical psychopathic behavior to act really, really offended when called on a lie (since, to the psychopath there is no such thing as a lie).

(I unfortunately know this because my younger brother is one.)

  3. tsenator | Oct 01, 2012 09:48pm | #14

Interesting -- Your profile on Yelp says you are from Cali

    http://www.yelp.com/user_details?userid=Uwc-OIIlhzhyvAJTI-h4dA

And your one and only review is for Gorila Grip -- and you are the ONLY review

And what even more suspect is that "gorilla grip" product website isn't even available anymore.  If this was Denmark I'd say something smells a little Cod sitting a week on the dock in August
